You are assigned 2-4 "primary" cleaning crews who all have experience in vacation rental cleaning and pass our Screening Process. your unit is cleaned between your check out/in times.

Workers will be on the lookout for any damages. If they find any damages, they
will take pictures and you will be notified.
The workers will also notify if you're
running low on certain supplies.
(Toilet paper, paper towels, etc.)
